The world is full of hard crooks and doctors,
Soldiers who don’t know what they’re fighting for,
And poverty-stricken mothers who work 4 jobs,
Children who never look for deadbeat dads.
The gutter’s full of dead leaves and rat-droppings,
Sewer-gratings and empty cigarette packages.
Now you must choose, having been robbed of
Wisdom, which you’d like to sleep in tonight.
